Ordering a piece. Name the product and the colour you are after. If it is in stock it will be posted the same week.
Commissioning something. Include the size, a rough budget, and a deadline if you have one. We can discuss the rest of the details together.
Repairs. Send a photo and the year you bought it. Restitching, replacing hardware and re-waxing are things I would always rather do than make a new piece.
